ALL IN VISION
ALL IN is a two-year vision and generosity initiative to expand our ministry impact here, near and far. God has placed our church in a very unique position as the West Valley rapidly grows around us. We have an incredible opportunity and responsibility to respond! Let’s honor Jesus just as the early church did by trusting in God’s power, being generous and boldly reaching those in our community and around the world.
Primary Goal
100% Engagement
We want every single person to take his or her next step in discipleship and grow in generosity.
Secondary Goal
$9.3 Million Over 2 Years
To accomplish together our mission of leading people who are far from God to courageously follow Jesus.
$5 million will fund all the life-changing ministry you love at Summit including worship, groups, students, kids and more. This funds our ongoing work for the end of this year and for all of 2026 and 2027.
ONGOING MINISTRY
FACILITY ENHANCEMENTS
$2.65 million will create an inviting front courtyard area to engage our community, build a coffee bar in our lobby, increase our kids ministry capacity and add office space to position our staff and lay leaders for even more effective ministry.
COMMUNITY IMPACT & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
$500,000 will double the number of FMSC meals packed to one million meals, build beds for kids sleeping on the floor, serve our community, develop ministry interns and equip leaders to live on mission.
$500,000 will expand God's kingdom by starting a new church or campus here in the West Valley and launching five church plants in Liberia, West Africa.
CHURCH PLANTING
ACCELERATED DEBT REDUCTION
$650,000 will free future ministry by reducing debt today so we can boldly invest in what God is calling us to do tomorrow. 5% of everything given to the ALL IN initiative will reduce debt beyond normal principal payments.

During this two-year period, all donations to Summit will be part of our ALL IN initiative. Everything God is calling us to do, including all the things you love about Summit and the new ways God is calling us to reach our community and world, will be funded through giving to our Mission and Ministry Fund.

We are asking you to pray and seek God for how he wants you to respond. Prepare your heart to hear him, and then listen to what he says. Connect with a small group. Talk with your spouse and your family about what this commitment will mean for this next season. Respond to the generosity of our Savior Jesus by giving extravagantly for those HERE, NEAR and FAR so that more people may know Him.

We are asking everyone to make a two-year commitment for giving through all of 2026 and 2027 (and also include giving in December 2025). Our Celebration and First Give Weekend will be December 6-7.

Quite the opposite, actually! When we complete these projects and goals, we will significantly reduce our current mortgage debt at the same time. We will set aside 5% of the total giving to ALL IN over the next two years to accelerate our debt reduction beyond our normal monthly principal payments.

Before building this campus, we worshipped on the weekends as a portable church in a high school - while using permanent office space in Goodyear during the week. We decided to keep those offices to prioritize ministry venues when building the new campus. But shortly after launching the new facility, Covid hit in 2020. Our staff and board looked for ways to reduce expenses and lower overhead as much as possible, making the decision to sell that space. For the past five years, our staff worked in various corners of the campus and managed as well as possible without dedicated space. It’s been a challenge.

We are so excited you are here! God has an amazing plan for you. We want to help you connect with others through worship, serving and groups. This initiative is a great way to jump in and say, “I’m ALL IN to trust God in my life and be part of sharing the hope of Jesus with others.” Everyone is invited to be part of what God is doing through Summit - HERE, NEAR and FAR.

When we purchased our current campus location with access near the I-10 Freeway, our prayer was that it would help us continue to impact our local communities and extend our reach more widely into the West Valley. God has answered that prayer! With the growth of Buckeye and the surrounding West Valley region, we are in a great position to be able to impact even more neighborhoods, communities and cities. And as we see in Acts, the church has always been called to reach and go beyond.

Back in 2016, the courageous decision was made by our church to purchase 38 acres at our current location. The plan was to retain the best 20 acres while selling the remaining 18 acres to the south. When that sale happened last year, the board prioritized paying down our mortgage (rather than reserving cash for a future building project). That put us in a much stronger financial position long term - and ultimately reduced our mortgage loan from around $13.4 million to $5.3 million.

The ALL IN initiative for the next two years will replace a separate list of Christmas Offering projects for 2025, 2026 and 2027. Please include what you would normally give to the Christmas Offering in your One Fund commitment to ALL IN so that we can accomplish much together the next two years.

ALL IN is about your total, sacrificial generosity for the advancement of Jesus’ mission. God knows our every need, and Summit wants to help in your journey. If you do not have a job and are actively seeking one, we’d love for you to share this with us so we can pray and provide support from our financial coaches. Our hope is that you will be able to find a job soon so that you can be engaged in all that God has for your life. Our primary goal is 100% participation, so even if your commitment is “small”, we’d love for you to be part of what God is doing!

Be creative as you explore ways you and your family can give. Don’t overlook stored assets that you own. Gifts of appreciated property (stocks, real estate, mutual funds, jewelry, artwork, collectibles, etc.) often make great gifts with significant tax advantages. Please consult with a professional adviser for advice in your particular circumstance. If you need assistance with making a gift of property or stock, we would be happy to help. You can contact Jacob Bradley, our Operations Director, for questions and instructions on how to do this (jacob@summitcc.org).

Jesus spoke more about money than he did about heaven. The church mentioned money frequently because money is a frequent area of spiritual attack. The enemy wants to rob the Church of the joy of giving. A church that gives generously is a church that knows the joy of the Lord and is impacting its community. Jesus tells us, “Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” (Matthew 6:21)
